When a young doctor - Charlotte - and her daughter Franzi move into Frankenstein’s villa, they discover the legendary monster imprisoned down in the cellar and make friends with him. The good-natured though socially inept Lenni is concealed by Franzi and her mother from the woman next door, Frau Mompel , who is distinguished by obsessive curiosity as well as a very curious vocabulary.
