(2009)

Once again the charmingly correct Turkish CID inspector Mehmet Özkin finds himself fighting on several fronts at the same time. The murder of two Istanbul businessmen requires a great deal of sensitivity on his part, while Özakin also has to be extremely diplomatic if he is to restrain the impatience of his superior officer Yilmaz. On the very evening when he is celebrating his wedding anniversary Mehmet Özakin literally has to abandon his beloved wife Sevim in a restaurant, when he and his assistant Mustafa are summoned to the scene of the crime. Hüseyin Akdamar lies dead in an elegant suite of one of Istanbul's finest hotels. He has been stabbed. It turns out that the businessman was meeting a woman here and had used a false name in an attempt to conceal this from his wife, Yelda. Initially the investigation seems to point to the woman he was meeting, the chambermaid Ludmilla who has apparently built up a lucrative business on the side providing male guests with very special services and has now gone into hiding. But it quickly becomes apparent that the Istanbul police are not the only ones trying to track down Ludmilla. When another of her clients is stabbed in similar fashion, Ludmilla herself almost falls victim to a fatal attack. From now on Özakin has to accept the fact that he is dealing with a serial killer. Finally the clues lead Inspector Özakin and Mustafa to an Internet site called Süheyla, which provides anonymous advice for women in crisis situations..
