Constanze (Anne Schaefer), a successful bio engineer, is five months pregnant and has difficulties explaining this to her boss (Ulrike Kriener). Both want to complete their heart project in Brazil, on which Constanze has now been working for several years. Lena would like to help her old school friend Constanze, however is also worried about the mother's and child's health. At home Mrs. Schramme (Zeljka Preksavec) is taking care of Granddad Leo - who in turn completely misinterprets the carer's commitment.
