A charming monster invents a family for himself: “I’ll Borrow a Family” (WT) with Hans-Werner Meyer, Lisa Martinek and Sandra Speichert
Ben is a charming monster. This is also the conclusion reached by Hanna, who loved him when they were youngsters and now meets the arrogant and successful advertising executive many years later. Hanna, who has just been divorced, is blessed with two fine sons. Naturally, Ben has no time for children! Much to the disappointment of his girlfriend Juliane, an attractive doctor. In their lives up to now they have both let their careers come first – and at least Ben has no intention of changing this. However, when his advertising agency is attempting to secure the €20 million contract for a baby product campaign, Ben is called upon to demonstrate that he is a family man. In order to clinch the deal Ben invents a wife and two lovely sons. But before long the executive from the baby product company announces that he wants to meet Ben’s family. Ben is in a quandary: where can he suddenly find a wife and children? Hanna is the answer!
