The German boulevard reporter MIKE HANSEN (Heiner Lauterbach) likes to secretely photograph VIPS on Mallorca. He believes he is about to uncover a “women slavery ring”. His informant, however, is murdered in front of his eyes in Barcelona, and he himself is threatened with death if he ever returns to Mallorca again. On the ferry to Palma HANS OSTHOFF (Heinz Hönig) saves his life just when the threatened assassination is attempted on him. Why did the show manager RICK (Helmut Zierl), who had a yen for Coco, and his assistant SYLVIA (Marijam Agischewa) try to kill Mike? Which role does the policeman SANCHEZ (Cuco Wallraff) play, who knows more,, than he admits? And finally, why did Coco run away from her father years ago.

Mike is confronted by the beautiful LAURA (Sandra Speichert), a friend of Coco’s, and begins a passionate affair with her. She conceals from him that she operates as an undercover agent” for Sanchez. She is after three violent sexual offenders, who had beaten Coco. When Laura leaves Mike after another passionate rendezvous, his feelings change to distrust. He follows her because he believes that she is in contact with Rick. When Rick is murdered, Laura is suspected. Mike forces her to tell the truth and discovers she is the key to finding Coco …
