Head over heels, Hanna flees Hamburg for St. Peter Ording on the North Sea, severing all ties with the past. She checks in in a lodge as Milly. Hanna's personality is split into "Hanna", her previous "I" which is bled by the memory of an onerous crime, and "Milly", whose identity she has cunningly come to accept as her own.
This time, however, there is no way of postponing agein this... appointment with yesterday!
