Californian Quartet

Rolf and Renate Fischer, teachers from Frankfurt, are extremely excited about the cultural holiday they have planned so carefully in the west of the USA. They board the plane that will take them to San Francisco. But at the last minute a talkative couple takes the only two free seats in the aircraft, which happen to be next to theirs. Vegetable wholesaler Harry Lange and his girlfriend Sissi, originally from East Berlin, have completely different ideas about how to enjoy a holiday - and almost everything else!
