One Lover too much is still not enough
2002

Anna Schröder (Tina Ruland) was once a celebrated ice princess. But a fall that left her badly injured put an end to her career. Her marriage with the dull-witted attorney Reiner (Helmut Zierl) doesn’t make her happy. So this vivacious young woman, despite pangs of conscience, begins an affair with the charming pharmacy representative Lars (Herbert Herrmann) – although he just happens to be the husband of her best friend Bettina (Marijam Agischewa). A quick encounter in a luxury hotel has fatal consequences. Anna and Lars become ear witnesses of an alleged murder. Anna's brother Max (Oliver Clemens) is mistakenly suspected of this crime. Bettina, due to her flourishing Wellness Centers, has access to several useful contacts, who see to it that Max will released against bail. To be acquitted, however, only Anna's testimony can help him – which, in turn, would disclose her affair with Lars. Another solution has to be found! Anna investigates on her own and stumbles upon a mysterious agency specializing in escapades. What she doesn't suspect: Bettina already knows Anna's secret and is playing this game with two decks of cards.
In further roles: Rolf Becker as states attorney Siegfried Leuthental, Peter Sattmann as photographer Martin Krüger and Heidrun Gärtner as Gudrun Elsässer, a club member at the escapades agency.
