Be Tender Pinguin
1981

Each day the attractive Nina brings lonely hearts together at her marriage bureaux. But she doesn't seem to have made the best choice for her own partner. Her boyfriend Mick is a gym instructor and shows little consideration for her sensitivity during his brisk performances in bed. In fact, she has never had an orgasm, and simply puts up with his concept of making love while faking a few moans. When this leads Nina to pick a quarrel the situation escalates; Nina creeps between the sheets with Debbie, her neighbour, and has her first orgasm, Mick buys himself some feminist literature and gradually realizes what Nina must be feeling, and Eva, Nina's younger sister, brightens things up, acts as mediator, and her spontaneous love of life itself indicates other possibilities... Eva's meditaion and the processes of emancipation bear fruit and, as in all comedies, the end brings a solution to the root of the problem.
